Caldwell Wenzel & Asthana Law School Scholarships

Supporting students in our communities as they pursue a future in law.

Law school is expensive, and for a lot of talented students, finishing it comes down to the right financial support arriving at the right moment. Lawyers at our firm know that firsthand: scholarships helped shape their own paths through law school. That's why Caldwell Wenzel & Asthana funds scholarships of our own, to pass that same support on to the next generation of attorneys across Alabama, Mississippi, and the Florida Panhandle.

WHY CALDWELL WENZEL & ASTHANA SPONSORS IT

As personal injury attorneys, tort law is the foundation of our entire practice, and we established this scholarship to recognize the Faulkner Law student who’s mastered it best. It’s also personal: one of our founding partners paid for her own legal education in part through scholarship support, and this scholarship is our way of extending that same kind of help.

Details and resources for current students are posted at law.faulkner.edu

ARE YOU A SCHOOL INTERESTED IN GETTING INVOLVED?

We would love to grow this program to more schools and universities offering programs in legal education, from law schools to paralegal and pre-law tracks. If your school would like to partner with us on any academic merit based award, send us a message and our team will follow up.

OUR COMMITMENT TO THE COMMUNITIES WE SERVE

Our firm was built on the belief that hard working people deserve someone in their corner. We try to show up for the schools, community organizations, and charities in the places we practice, and to support the students preparing to enter this profession.

That commitment also means investing in the next generation of legal professionals. Supporting students who are serious about their legal education is one way we can help strengthen a profession that people turn to during some of the most difficult moments of their lives.

Frequently Asked Questions

A few common questions about how our scholarship program works.

It depends on the scholarship. Some, like our current Tort Law Scholarship, are awarded automatically by the school based on academic performance, with no application required. Others we add in the future may ask for a submission. Each scholarship listed on this page will say which applies.

Only students at our current partner schools are eligible for the scholarships listed here. As we add more schools, we'll list each new scholarship and its eligibility on this page.

This varies by scholarship. For awards selected directly by the school, like our current Tort Law Scholarship, the school notifies the recipient once the course or academic period ends. Details for each scholarship are listed in its entry above.

We'd love to hear from you. Contact us and ask for our scholarship program, and we'll take it from there.
